Refund Policy

Last updated 2026-09-06
Effective Date: September 6, 2026 1. Handling of Funds & Direct Deposits Secure Processing: DrainLogic acts as a financial collection and disbursement facilitator through certified third-party payment gateways. All collected platform fees, rental funds, and subcontractor payouts are handled via secure banking protocols. Direct Deposits: Subcontractors, technicians, and property partners authorize DrainLogic and its designated payment processors to execute Automated Clearing House (ACH) direct deposits, electronic fund transfers (EFT), or direct payouts to designated bank accounts. Users are solely responsible for providing accurate routing and account information. DrainLogic is not liable for misdirected funds resulting from incorrect user-submitted banking data. 2. Service Fees, Platform Charges, and Payout Timelines DrainLogic reserves the right to deduct platform coordination fees, transaction processing percentages, or administrative costs prior to disbursing net balances to subcontractors or property owners. Payout schedules are executed according to established operational milestones (e.g., job completion sign-off, verification of service delivery, or standard weekly/monthly settlement cycles). 3. Strict Refund & Dispute Policy All Sales Final: Except as expressly outlined herein or mandated by non-waivable consumer protection laws in specific jurisdictions, all fees paid for dispatched services, rental listings, and platform subscriptions are non-refundable. Service Disagreements & Chargebacks: If a property manager or tenant disputes the quality of a subcontractor's completed work, a formal claim must be submitted through the Platform within forty-eight (48) hours of service completion. DrainLogic reviews disputes administratively. If a refund or partial credit is granted, it is handled at DrainLogic's sole discretion. Unauthorized chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent payment disputes initiated directly through a banking institution without first exhausting DrainLogic’s internal resolution process will result in immediate account suspension, blacklisting across all 50 states, and potential legal action to recover costs, collection fees, and outstanding balances. OVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION Governing Law: These policies and any disputes arising out of them shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Venue: Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to DrainLogic, its operations, or these terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts
